Online Counselling and Telephone Therapy Across the UK

Find acceptance. Discover growth. Embrace change.

If you’re going through a tough time, know that you don’t have to face it by yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or just not like yourself, online and telephone counselling can give you a safe place to talk about what you’re experiencing.

Based in Warrington, Cheshire, I offer online and phone counselling, so you can connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. There is no pressure or expectations, only a chance to be heard, understood, and supported as you talk about what’s on your mind.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor who takes an integrative, collaborative approach. I focus on what matters to you and use other helpful techniques when they make sense, always working at your pace. You do not need to have all the answers. You just need a place to start.

Why Choose My Counselling Service

Looking for the right therapist can be daunting, but taking that first step matters. I want to create a welcoming and supportive space where you are met with empathy, respect, and acceptance.

With training and experience in person-centred therapy as well as REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), my approach is to support you by making sure your individual experiences at the heart of the process.

Because everyone is different, I shape each session around your specific needs and goals. If you have something specific on your mind or just want to explore your feelings, we’ll take things at a pace that works for you.

During our sessions, we’ll work together in a grounded and mutual way. I’ll bring care, curiosity, and my experience, and you can talk about any challenges you’re facing. We’ll figure out the best next steps together.

Counselling Support for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, ADHD & More

People seek counselling for many different reasons. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear explanation to ask for help. If something feels off, that alone is a good reason to reach out.

Here are some of the areas where I can help:

  • Anxiety, such as feeling overwhelmed, worried, or panicky

  • Depression, including low mood, feeling stuck, or hopelessness

  • Bereavement, coping with grief and loss

  • ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent conditions, understanding and managing challenges

  • Chronic illness, adjusting to life with ongoing health challenges and their emotional impact

If your situation isn’t listed here, that’s completely fine. You’re welcome to get in touch. We can talk about what you need and see if counselling might be helpful.

Flexible Support Wherever You Are

I provide professional counselling by phone or online, so you can get support from anywhere in the UK. You can join sessions from a place that feels comfortable to you, making it easier to fit therapy into your routine.

Online Counselling (Video Call)

Connect through a secure, confidential video call. Just find a quiet, private spot, make sure your internet works well, and use a device with a camera and microphone.

Telephone Counselling (Voice-Only Sessions)

If you would rather talk without using video, telephone counselling sessions are a good choice. They work well if your internet is limited, if video calls make you uncomfortable, or if you just like voice-only conversations.

If you’re ready to get started, contact me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We can talk about how counselling might support you.
